Recent events
Anthony joined musicians from the Aurora Orchestra at The Wigmore Hall, London, for a magical feast of stories and music at the end of January. The concert featured Anthony's story Willy and Hugh which he narrated, plus music composed by the Wigmore Hall's Composer-in-Residence, Luke Bedford. Find out more.
Anthony appeared at the award ceremony for the Waterstone's Children's Book Prize at Waterstone's Piccadilly in London on 12 February, presenting the prize to winner Katie Davies. Find out more.

Saturday 20 - Tuesday 30 March:
Anthony will be heading off on an exciting trip to South America! During visits to Argentina and Chile, he will be speaking to students and teachers about picture book illustration, meeting with staff from the Chilean Ministry of Education, and visiting a school in the UNESCO world heritage site Valparaiso.
Wednesday 21 April:
Anthony will be taking part in some special seminars as part of this year's London Book Fair, including a seminar about the importance of illustration for older children (alongside fellow illustrators Martin Brown and Marcia Williams) and an in-conversation event with editor Denise Johnstone Burt of Walker Books. Friday 18 June:
Anthony will be taking part in Thinking in Pictures, a conference about creativity, literacy and picture books, organised by CLPE (Centre for Literacy in Primary Education).
